87 E30e failed inspection due to emission.

anyone knows a shop that could fix it cheap and have it pass inspection.

repair shop near me bs'd me, he just looked at it and said $900++ job and it might cost me more... ... i thought at first he was a psychic not a mechanic?

did a search but some threads were long time ago. if you know shop or place who could help me out, please pm me.
