Good
- low mileage on the engine < 45,000
- very very good condition sport seats and matching rear seats.
- no cracks on the dash and a fully working original radio
- 4 brand new tires (less than 1000 miles) on basketweaves
- 2.7L super eta stroker
- 272 shrick cam
- 3.73 limited slip rear end
- e36 M3 short shifter
- e30 M3 springs
- BMWCCA instructor owned
- probably more stuff I'm forgetting

Bad
- rear passenger brake bleed screw is rounded off which is why I bought the california brake calipers.
- rust on the rocker panels but not real cancer spots
- e-brake is non-functional. the handle is still on the car, it just needs to brake shoes.
- coolant sensor light is on. I've had it checked out and it needs a new sensor.

Extras
- Bottlecaps with snow tires
- 4 rust free brake calipers off of a california car (325is) + pads
- odds and ends parts

Pulls very hard and is deceivingly fast. It's really in great shape and I'm only selling it because buying a house is more important right now. I was hoping to have a family member buy the car but he just cant afford it right now.

Asking $2500 or best REASONABLE offer. Obviously title is in hand.

Planning on making an offer on a house and would really like to sell this car by the end of the week.
