Does anyone have these seats installed? How is the fit/quality? Was installation pretty straight forward or did you have to modify or fab anything to get them to work? Can you install the mount in the same location of the factory rails? Thanks!

Evo2s are great seats... for me. Fitting a seat is a very personal thing, kinda like shoes. I tried Cobra Suzuka (way too small), Momo Cup GT (too small), and Evo3 (too big) before settling on the Evo2 (just right).
They are a tight fit in the M Coupe, but you sedan guys have gobs more space than me. If you want sliders (so the seat can be adjusted forwards/back), call Speedware Motorsports - they sell a complete solution for these seats in the Coupe, I'm sure they can hook you up for the 325. You'll need the floor mount adaptors (mount to factory bolt pattern), sliders (go between floor and side brackets), side brackets (mount to the seat), and seats. Tell Dan I sent you!
If we get together and head to Tampa you can try mine out.

Thanks Dan, I somehow knew you would have an answer for this one. I will be calling you shortly to discuss the Tampa trip.

I'm gonna sit in DannO's Evo2 and see how it fits. I really like the look of them, and hopefully the seat will feel good.
Geo31 - Were you able to install them in the same position as the stock rails without any changes to the mounting holes?

I haven't mounted them yet. My cage tubing is being delivered tomorrow. :)
Also, this is going in my 944. Looks like on that car at least it should be little to no trouble. The Bimmer would be another story. I'm sure someone makes a bracket for the Bimmer though.

Can anyone post a pic or two of their Evo2 install in an E36? The seat is so damn wide (but necessary...). The sidemount bracket is tight against the tranny tunnel (well, the carpet anyway) and the shoulder support wing thingy still interfere's with the door panel. I've had the Evo2 in and out of my car, but never happy with the install. Anyone point me in the right direction here?
edit: I'll have to figure it out, just sold the vaders!

I have corbeau cr1s now, with sliders. If i get the evo2s, can I mount the side seat brackets on top of the current sliders? Will this cause an issue w/ safty?
