hey all, im new to the fourms, and ive got quite a dillema. In my 95 m3 the previous owner seems to have broken the trim rin that surrounds the tweeter on the doors(both doors:( ). I have purchased the a/d/s 235is set and a ppi pcx 2 by 50 amp. Heres the problem, with those broken trim rings it looks crappy. Im assuming that with the speakers i purchased it would be possible to flush mount the tweeters in the stock location thereby fixing my problem. However on my front stage im plannin on dropping the tweeters into the kick panels and bypassing the stock tweeter and midrange door locations. Im tryin to set my soundstage better by bringing the distance between the listeners ears to the left and right tweeter closer together. However if i do that, i wont be able to fix the trim ring in the door on the tweeter. At bmw a replacement tweeter set is 120 bucks, which seems rather excessive considering all i need is the decorator trim on the tweeter. Does anyone have any ideas as to what i should do? Where could i find a trim replacement? I may end up just puttin the tweets in the door but id much rather not. Anything you can do to help is greatly appreciated. please email me or post here.

Thank you,
Cain

I have the same problem. I've been looking in the junkyards for replacements... no joy. I sent an email to za motorsports, and they said 25 + shipping.
