What are they? Sometimes when I need a part fast I go to BMW of Concord and each time they tell me the price I'm always left stunned. Just bought an oil filter kit there the other day...almost 30 bucks!

I also did some pricechecks on various parts and crosschecked their prices with what the latest ETK said...their markup was WELL over 100 PERCENT.

Seriously, their markup must be a record or some siht.

Who has lower prices?

I don't really buy parts from the dealership. I got my oil filter from the one in Pleasonton though (Hendrick's iirc) because I didn't want to wait for it to ship from Pelican Parts. It was around the same price I would've had to pay from Pelican + shipping

East Bay BMW in Pleasanton has the most expensive parts ive seen. Its probably at least 110-120% mark up, its funny almost. I usually stay away from the stealerships, but i heard stevens creek isnt bad
