Whats up everyone.
I live in the LA/valley/818 area. My warranty is up and im looking for a good, reliable shop to take my car too. I'm at 52k miles ( 2003 330i) and want to change my ATF. Other then the ATF i also just want to have a place i can trust and take my car too anytime i need something done for maintenance etc. If anyone knows of any and can post it it would help alot. Thx

Check out these guys. Maybe a little bit of a drive but they are more than worth it. Best shop I have ever been to. http://www.ryanautomotiverepair.com/ call them and tell them James the crazy sniper sent you.

There are a couple good performance oriented shops in the west valley, Bavarian Workshop in Canoga Park (Dinan dealer), Barthel Motor Werke in Chatsworth (where I routinely take my M Roadster).

In the Reseda area there is Bimmer's Clinic, very by the book, super clean.

I have had good work done at all three, but as I said, my personal preference is Bruce Barthel at Barthel Motor Werke in Chatsworth. For just routine maintenance, if Bimmer's Clinic is close to you (on Gault near Reseda and Sherman Way) George will take good care of you. If you want performance mods then the other two are better choices.

Bimmers Clinic is highly recommended by BMWCCA's LA Chapter.

Seems like Bimmers clinic will be my choice because its more maintenance then mods that i need to do. I really want my ride to last forever haha.
Thx again

You might check out both Bimmer's Clinic and the BMW clinic, they are only a block or so apart. I have an employee who goes to the BMW clinic, not as immaculate an operation as Bimmer's Clinic but he is happy with their work and says they are significantly less expensive.
