thanks so much for the dk motor refurb service,the car runs better than it ever has and all twelve cylinders are firing like they should be.i did throw two new ign coils at it and im sure it needed those also, the old ones were originals.i still feel that i was dumping dme/eml memory if the car sat for more than two hours which created a rough idle and surging acceleration for about 10 minutes of driving.the caps that i replaced in the general module may have somthing to do with the hot at all times voltage required to store memory.i havent verified it yet,im just happy the car is purring like the thoroughbred!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. :redspot

Congratulation on your car.this is with out a doubt my favorite restoration car of all time.but,my god the knowledge and ability to bring them back to reasonable reliability is a true test of character and determination.i will savor this "bliss" of pure driving fun and detail the car and post pics soon!.i need to be mentally/financially prepared for the next challenge the 8 decides to clothesline me with.:lol
