Ok, I got my 8 with the driver side kidney grill out of place.

I find this odd as there is no damage to the front end and I can't simply pop it out or back into place?

I've noticed that Iamnotkento has the same issue, is this common?

Everytime I think I've got it in place it comes lose again!

Do I need to just replace the grill?

Do I have to remove the bumper?

Thanks for any advice!

I'm finally fixing mine. Pulled it out and in process of painting it right now. I noticed the clip that hold the grill is missing and the grill is broken where it holds at. I'm guessing yours is like that too.

I didn't remove my bumper to get to the grill.

I can't belive they charge 120$ for one kidney grill. Its just outrageous. But again, nothing on this car is cheap.

From my limited experience after removing my front bumper for repair, I don't see how you can remove and replace the grille without removing the bumper. If the clips are broken then removal is possible from the front but installing a grille with good clips seems to require installation from the rear! If anyone has installed two new grilles from the front, could you please discribe the method?

Ok, I can see installing one side through the hole of the other removed grille, but once you have done that, how do you install the second grille since the first grille is now in place and you no longer have an open cavity to feed through? Not quite clear and just curious.
