I removed the front plate on my car and got the OE filler piece to go in its place. While the trim clips in ok, it does not stay tight. I am on my third piece now!

It almost seems that there is a clip that clips onto it to help hold it in place that I am missing. Does anyone know what I am talking about or should I relegate this to "semi-insane"

You need a couple of #15 here: http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do?model=EG23&mospid=47335&btnr=51_1992&hg=51&fg=15 A couple of #16 would prevent loss.
