Do you guys do walk in, where I am able to pull stuff off a certain BMW and pay at the counter? Or is it over the counter or phone order only?

double 02 is legit. i usually get my (1974) 2002 parts from them. good guys and they know their shit. they already pull all the stuff off the cars. give them a call. 510-782-2002. i think they open at 9am.

everytime i go to double 02 they have horrible customer service so i dont deal with them! i've called in a couple of time to ask if they had a certain part and they said they did i went and waited there for 30 mins and they came back and told me they didnt have it double 02 SUCKS

Its funny you mention this cause it happened to me once! I drove 60 miles just to hear, "Oh, I guess we don't have it". I'll never go there again and wouldn't recommend anyone either!!! double 02=FAIL

02 is doesnt have the best customer service. but they have hella parts. but make sure u know exactly what u want. and depending on the part u will have to wait. they pull some off a parts car and bring it to u while u wait. i spent like an 1 hour there waiting for an axle.

oh at 02... its over the counter. i think u can ask over the phone too...
