You talking about the Hat City dubs meet every first monday night of the month? I think they have a more consistent turnout but that would make sense because i would need support too if i drove a VW....:help

My car was covered in ice this morning :( I did learn that the heated door locks still work, bc it unfroze my lock in about 20 seconds :buttrock Too bad it didnt unfreeze any of the rest of the car.

Are most people going to show if its bad out?

im still a a maybe, got my last final that afternoon then i get to drive an hour back in the snow! yay ix! :buttrock

The snow report is calling for anywhere from 6-12 inches tomorrow. Personally Ill be there, I live in fairfield so Ill be dealing with local roads. Im hoping the town gets the salt and sand trucks out early. theyre ususally pretty good about it. Check back on this forum @ 4pm if you can and Ill have posted then about how bad the roads REALLY are. we know the weather man is one of those jobs where you can be wrong 50% of the time and still keep your job

my baby doesnt come out with salt on the roads, so sowwyy i'm going quadding instead lol

If it's bad out then I'm probably not going to be there. Even if I come I'll be late because I'm not out of work until 5:30 or so.

Yeah Blizzaks are FTW in snow, but I don't really like mine on the warmer, dry winter days. I know thats not what they were intended for, but they just feel so different from the summers that its almost unsettling until I get used to them.

I was tearing up the roads on my way home from work at 3. I'm sure I'd have a tough time if I went out again now. The Blizzaks impressed me though.

ya me and buddy left work around 1:30 from orange going back to branford. I would of never made it up the hill off exit 42 (one next to outback i thik is 42) in the 325. Saw a v8 lincoln spinning and not going anywhere haha. the 08 si did fairly well with all seasons.. was funny looking at all the "i'm an idiot i have 4wd and don't realize it doesn't help me stop" people drive.
