So the wife and I are planning to move the family out to SoCal in the near future. I currently store my track car in my garage and do all the work at home. Considering the hefty bump in the cost of housing, we're most likely going to end up buying a condo with only a two car garage and no driveway, so I'm most likely going to need to find a place where I can store and work on the car, and that has storage for a trailer as well.

I have been looking to start a Detailing Service/Online Business in the orange county area at a garage. Maybe you could get together with me and my buddy and we can split a garage rent and you can work on your car while we clean vehicles.

Thanks for the offer. At this point, I'm not exactly sure when we're going to be able to make the move. Need to sell our house, and I have to wait for an opening in my company at our Irvine office, which could be a while.

Ideally what I'm looking for is something similar to what we have here - large warehouse building divided into many garage bays, where a bunch of racers store their cars and maintain them. Lifts are available, paint station, air compressor, tool rental, etc.

Appreciate any leads, but again, it could be a while and I'm just trying to get ahead of the curve.
