Why flag his post? I can find alot of E36s that will shit on his but are 15K+. Obviously it would have to be a car similar in value. Search Bay Areas craigslist. There are alot of E36 M's that are 5speed selling for similar if not lower. Judging from the ad, the guy seems like a douche whos trying to sell an M3 that will be on the road for another year tops

the beauty of CL classifieds is that they're not governed by california retail law, which states (in summary) that any advertisement of product, gimmick, prize, gift certificate/card/credit/etc must be paid or sold exactly as shown/specified unless specific restrictions apply. in this case, (and i didn't even see it, cuz it's been flagged for removal already, i have to assume from the conversation) Victor, didn't specify exactly what he wanted before giving away $1k to anyone.. if he was advertising that for a dealership or something, that dealer would be sued so fast and they'd end up paying people more than $1k, plus court/attorney fees/etc.
