TTTXGreg 11-19-2008, 08:27 PM super whammy ones! looks like he stole them off a Learjet. carspainc.com 11-19-2008, 08:33 PM i will have do that job next. 8eights 11-19-2008, 08:40 PM super whammy ones! looks like he stole them off a Learjet.Very nice, Look like they could handle a Hi-polish too, Do you think they will need a specialy thin wall socket to mount? Or will my basic Stanley's be sufficient, Thanks! TxGR8White 11-19-2008, 08:54 PM The use a M8 stainless steel cap headed screw (included with the pulleys). A normal allen key does the trick. As for polishing, they are pretty shiney (just not mirror), they look great on my engine, and I am sure they will look great on Greg's. I chose not to mirror polish them, since nothing else on the motor is polished like that. They do make the engine look alot more "aircrafty" and high-tech. carspainc.com 11-19-2008, 10:24 PM The use a M8 stainless steel cap headed screw (included with the pulleys). TxGR8White 11-19-2008, 11:05 PM Aluminum is 7075 (Aircraft Quality), bearings are double roller type with a max. sustained rpm rating of 18,000 - I think they should hold up well. I made these for Greg and myself, as another example of exclusivity... ... don't plan on manufacturing, nor marketing. These are similar to the gold watch you get for many years of service (only alot better!!) carspainc.com 11-19-2008, 11:09 PM Aluminum is 7075 (Aircraft Quality), bearings are double roller type with a max. sustained rpm rating of 18,000 - I think they should hold up well.
