sometimes after stopping, like for a stop sign, etc, when i give my car gas again (it's an auto), it feels like the fuel isn't going into the engine right away... there's a pause, and then it picks up. almost like it's about to stall (but it hasn't) and then it engages. it doesn't happen every time though... sometimes it's perfect. anyone?

based upon what i found in the refurbishing process of my dk motors and the way it ran prior to the process these motors are like the keys to your car.without them working perfectly, you wont go anywhere very fast.if the wiper/variable resistor substrate is worn/dirty in the idle/off idle area or the brush/armature contact is degraded than it wont respond to the gas pedal input giving it that lag.than the contact makes connection and it takes off.im a newby, but it is possible.
