I think its more fun having a meet like the one tonight at Kellys/Jordans when theres a mix of all sorts of cars because when you see a bmw its a lot more exciting. It would be a little boring with just e36s.

seriously though man, i'm sick of E36ers hating on any newer generation bimmer. bmw enthusiasts all drive bmws for the same reasons, that should be enough.

hell i even got shit for saying "it's only an E46 325ci" tonight to a bunch of e36 M3 owners, when there cars are faster, cleaner, and overall in way better shape.

i'm not sure if it's fueled by the aging of their car (which i don't understand since one year for your car = one year for everyone elses), or some weird form a jealousy, but honestly it's ridiculous.

yeah, things like this never work......even when we do the CSP meets, we encourage BMWs to come, but we've had some bring friends with supras, mustangs, porsches, etc......and as long as those people are cool, we're fine with it.
