I went by the storage/garage yesterday (Saturday) and took some pictures of the recent purchase. Its a 1992 BMW 850I. I call her the LADY in RED!! Car looks immaculate inside and out. I am already getting ideas on tasteful mods thanks to this forum. Enjoy the UNPROFESSIONAL pictures. Couldnt get the car out because of other cars parked around her so the angles may be a bit annoying.:stickoutt

;):lol That is actually what saved me because there is no way I would have fit in this car with my long torso. With the right combination, I fit in snuggly. I will definitely take car of her for you. She is already my favourite BMW and I haven driven her much other than test drives.

Cellphones are in now so analog phone got to go:lol The sports seats add a nice touch. Many will die for them. How are you liking the car in general?

Prices are relatively higher here in Canada than in the US. Its a 1992 850I Sports package. A good start on price will be to check out all the sites that list cars to have a sense on the ball park. Every car is different. A well maintained car in CA will command a different price than a well maintained car in NYC. Bottom-line, do lots of research on prices in your specific area and its environs. Once you zone in on a couple, go take a look at them and get the necessary information on the car. A carfax is definitely required as a start.

I have been reading that but I noticed most of the cars there were post 1992. I am going to print Frankies page and get a similar 1st steering wheel and have a mechanic do it. I just dont like messing around with safety devices.
