Basically we'll leave from an agreed location depending on where everyone is coming from (we'll have to be creative since this will be during traffic rush hour). Since there will be traffic, I suggest we leave no later than 5:30PM, but again this is all tentative depending on when people get out of work, ect. We don't have to be there by 5:30PM either obviously, so we can change all departure times.

As for a route ... If plenty of people are interested, we can pick people up along the way since we'll probably go either 95N to 27N to Natick, MA. I think it would be cool to take the "scenic route" and go through Boston, but clearly that means less time at the meet and more gas burned, so that's on the fence depending on how people feel about it. It would be neat to get some sunset pics going through Boston though.

Worst case scenario we'll present first and I'll drive over there ASAP by 6:00PM at the latest.

we should meet up at the dunkin donuts rest area on 295 between exits 9 and 10.....that way, after we all meet up, we can get rolling on the highway without having to worry about traffic lights until we're on route 9

you'll be fine... they don't check cars until 7-8ish. they know there are a ton of cars coming in that time for night class, so they don't even bother

point a is the security control booth, if you have any problems getting into campus, this is where you'll be stopped. hopefully that doesnt happen.
