There are autocross's at Fort Deven's airstrip on the listed days: Oct 11th, 25th, Nov 11th.

Neither do I, I was looking to buy one but I don't really want to spend the money right now because I'm trying to save for a winter car. Does anyone know if they have any loaners at the SVT autox's? Also, what does bmwcca require, a M-rated helmet?

Correct, I usually borrow a friends Motorcycle helmet and its ok... I dont believe SVT has loaners

Autocross last weekend at Fort Devins! I sucked because it was my first time, and my tires were not a fan of grip... but hey!

That ///M 325 Type R (That's what the back badges said... :D ) was absolutely insane. I couldn't believe how fast it was, and it sounded amazing as well. I thought I saw a bimmerforums.com sticker on it too? Anyone recognize it?

Not bad for a first timer, the winner for the street tire class got 107 secs and my best was a 113 with one cone that I just skimmed, every single time I went out, my times were getting better and better so with a couple more runs I think I could have gotten like a 110.

98 or 99 Alpine on dove from Maine. He was an older fellow, probably in his fifties. I remember he had a stock exhaust(+5hp right there :D, just remembering the dyno day), blue TMS front hub extenders and maybe koseis, I forget.

Oh yeah, I got my car to tick :(.

That guy whipped every one... his time was 107... wicked good driver i got him to take a ride with me and i improved a second .... best time 117.1 one cone and 118 clean........ hopefully well get an s52 in soon

yeah i had ticking too today on the e30 but then i put in two quarts of oil :eek: and it went away ............ then i went to send off the potenza's to tire heaven so i can get new tires for next season
