I recently received a carbon fibre hood from a fellow BMW enthusiast who's in NY, but unfortunately, the top driver side corner tip broke off :(

We are trying to get with the shipping co. (privately owned) and file an insurance claim.

However, if anyone knows of a GOOD fiberglass person that can somehow repair this top corner tip, I would be in total debt!! hehe..

The cf weave ends about 1 inch from all sides of the hood, so it would be easy to just repair the one tip and repaint black, presto!

Any help/recommendations would be helpful :)

the best and easiest way to fix it is to put it back in the mold and then repair it.
