I'm not really sure. From the looks of his website and his symposiums, it looks like engineering.

Gustave has a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA and works at Direct TV's Satellite Engineering Division here in town. He's an awesome guy and a great friend. He never ceases to thorougly amaze me, and i'm not easily impressed :-)

Yeah that's him cleaning his windshield (he's a clean-glass freak like me). I'm the one in the white jacket and
