Well, hope I don't jinx myself, but I'm most likely going to be buying a place in Oceanside, near College Ave/78 before the end of the year.

I'll be looking to find a roomate, who will have thier own bedroom and bathroom. driveway parking will most likely be available. Garage usage will also be available (but my cars will live in there)
