What a mess any takers on what to do?

If your serious... is this yours? I build PC's quite a bit... What does what do?
ASUS Sli Mobo, memory not installed, Video card(s) not installed, Intel CPU heatsink not installed (I hate those pins). Is that glare on the CPU or thermal paste?.. if thermal paste it looks like quite a bit. Northbridge cooler, at this angle, looks really close to where the CPU cooler would sit... is that the problem? Is that Northbridge cooler stock?

lol ya asus just sent us this board back it has issues bad model and the board chip was always wayyy hot so i got a real heatsink

With that much thermal paste on a chip it will actually hold heat regardless of the brand of heatsink. Arctic Silver spread very thin and even over the entire chip surface with a credit card will let a good sink do it's job and no worries.

Real man do unix , C and maybe some assembly :-) But yeah I miss the days I used to put my own puters together.... O the days of Sun and SGI are gone, but thanks to OSX (NextStep) I am back in business, so no need to build my own hardware...just pay the high $$$ and get the Mac stuff....

Unix is tough but it pays the big bucks!
I like linux with all the gnome stuff and the graphis is kick ass.
I fell out of the loop of that stuff im way rusty.
A+ cert tho :)
