I'm going Jimmy, but that's not until October.
I'm also going to the Grand Prix of Atlanta in two weeks. I'm going Sat just for the SPEED Touring race and then on Sun for the SPEED GT and the ALMS race.
I like that spot you picked out. But for Petit I like to walk around the whole track. There are so many great places to watch from, plus you have 10 hours. I also like spending time in the paddock before the race to see the cars up close.

Paddock time rules. Spend the one or two hours before the race start in the paddock. The energy and tension is unreal.

After the race starts find your cooler!

I knew there were 2 ALMS races at RA this year. I just didn't see it on the schedule. They're calling it the Chevy GP? sounds more like a trans-am race. Anyway, I'll be up there for both.

I like that spot you picked jimmy, but also the braking zone for turn 6 and the crest on the back straight. Something about those cars at full song.......mmmmmmmmmm. I was standing there 2 years ago when the bimmer did cartwheels.
