I am getting ready to send my rear bumper to a shop to get painted a diff color.
I am trying to save some money by prepping it myself.
How do I go about doing it. What grit sand paper etc.
There are only a few surface scratches thats it.

if it has been painted before and you are just painting a different color you can wet sand it with 400 grit til the bumper looks dull and take it to the shop.
