I cleaned up the 8 and took it on a drive this weekend with my local BMWCCA chapter.

Easily the best looking car there. Amongst all those other [normal] BMWs, you can plainly see why the 8 is so special; it looks like no other BMW!

Thanks for all the great comments. We had a good time zipping around a local mountain road. There were 32 cars in the group -- I was the only 8 (imagine that).

I do have to say, I love Hellrot. :devillook Probably the thing that attracted me most to my 8 when I bought it.

By far the most attractive car there..very hot

Now if I could only get a turbo setup in it... darn OBDII. Everyone kept oohing and ahhing over it, then asked me how much HP it had... :(
