Seems OK to me. It is a nearly new car, although it is lightly optioned and is the old body style and is about to be 3 model years old. You would pay 40% more for a new one. Do you need the extra space of the new one or the ability to choose your options or the extra 3 years' warranty (presume this is CPO, which is the sooner of 6 years or 100k miles from date car originally put into service). If you like it, that may be all that is important.

If you are an enthusiast (and you probably are not if you are looking at a 3.0 without sport package), there are some nice engine options coming this fall, but I suspect then you would be looking at over 50% more money.
