Has anyone on here used an exhaust shop in and around Boston that they'd recommend? I am looking for a place that uses high quality metals, so that the chances of it and the hardware are reduced.

My muffler is still fine, it is a nice Supersprint one, however the pipe that came with it that runs up to the cat has give me some problems... and I may need a new cat.

Anyone?

+1 for Lou's they know their shit. There is one in Waltham. My sister's BF's uncle owns it. He is a cool dude.

+2 for Lou's custom exhaust. There is one in Boston near South bay and another one in Medford. They can order stainless pipings for you if you don't mind paying a little more.

Okay... I actually tired to bring it to the Lou's by South Bay like a month ago, but they were closed on a Saturday, when they were supposed to be open... I'll give them another shot.

Thanks.

I use Lou's a lot. The one in North Reading specifically. They're awesome over there. I wouldn't go any where else.

They put my Eisenmann on. Good guys and know what they're doing. They specialize in BMW's and their prices are good too..

Lou's in Waltham was great, but they did charge me $125 to mount an M3 exhaust on my 328i....They had to cut and weld because of my rusted ass exhaust and brackets, but it still seemed kind of high priced for a thirty minute job
