Gotta love it, some riced out black Integra GSR with a bat-man wing, exhaust that drowned out my system, lil 15 or 16" rims and stickers everywhere was in front of me on my way to work on Rt 22 in NJ. 2 punk kids, he kept flashing his hazards on to edge me to race. I usually dont race but I just got my car back from the shop and I was feeling GOOOD! Turns out.. the road went into this S corners with a Van in front of both of us. As soon as the S corners cleared into a perfect straight away, the van moved over a lane and we took off. I went from behind him.. dropped it in 3rd gear, pulled up next to him on the right.. as I was still pulling side by side.. waved bye bye to him as I passed him and kept on puling away. I see one of the kids slam the dashboard while I was passing him. :) Too bad traffic came up pretty fast but I would of kept pulling away pretty damn fast. I can hear him shift when I was at redline in 3rd gear, I shifted into 4th and still pulling on the Integra.!!

Teach those punk kids a lesson once again.. ! Just had a fun drive to work, had to share.

willy, u'd love it here in cali then.... every...2 minutes, er.... no, every 2 seconds i see a japanese import racer... i dont race them anymore, but the best feeling, seriously is when think they own the road, then they see your bimmer cruise up, and they look down and ignore you. I blast my music, rite next to them, attract a shitload of attention and they still ignore me. today on my way to school, i saw a fixed up accord with the IS300 tailights, well, i made a right turn outta my street behind the accord and at the next stop sign he made a left turn. I looked over and he didn't even look at me. Thing is, i know he didn't mean to make that left, cuz that street he made a left on turn into nowhere... hmm... go figure...

The thing that pizzez me off about these guys are that they are the instigators. Then when they feel the wrath they get all pizzed off. You'd think they would know what the competition was before starting anything. Like Sun Tzu (er... at least I think it's Sun Tzu), "know thine enemy better than thy self".

I pretty much ignore most Civics/integra's because I know they aren't that much of a challenge.

Win some, loose some. THEN when I got my 95 M3.
Took it to moroso, and pulled 14.2, 14.1 and following
week pulled 14.2,14.1,13.9 then 22.8 *broke left/right
gearbox/engine mounts, and engine brakets. took me 6
hours to drive back to miami from wpb @ 45mph. =\

And when people heard I put my intake/exhaust/injector
hfm/chip (told some friends, and people sees me flooring
it). NO ONE tries to race me.

I picked this races:

99+ Porsche convertable (Carrera?). tied the whole time.

96 Ford SVT cobra (heavely moded) lost 2 cars. everythin
but NOS/SC. EVERYTHING!!!!

93 RX7 w/ T61 Hybrid intercooled boosted @ 15psi
from 0-60 i had 3 cars (wheelspin for him) when 90mph
came he passed me like I was standstill or he was on
a motocycle. BEAST..

99 GS400. plastered him by 4 cars from 0-110mph.

Can't remember else..

I usually ignore the ricers too but he was taunting me on with the hazards and waving me on. Had to show him a thing of what a BMW was made of. U guys should of seen the wing on this Integra.. I thought he was gonna take off the ground at our speed..!! hahaha.. Bat man would of been proud.

Had a couple of runs with a civics...had one race in moderate traffic...he could keep up quite well but could not overtake me all the way....max speed on that run was 100mph..civic was modded with intake/exhaust

2nd was with a modded integra....in moderate traffic too...he kept up and overtook on the straights..but still put up a good fight...he did get to smack me till the last minute..when ye ole VTEC kicked in

i think he was pretty pissed seeing as how he should have had like 180-190hp compared my puny 115hp...

Yep, here in Cali it can get quite hysterical (although I've never experienced ANYTHING like when I was living in Miami (every time I drove there was someone picking a race..usually in another M3!)...but this story (not trying to sound conceded) is funny: I was getting egged on to race by some dude in what was none other than a minivan, and on the freeway. He even floored it, got in front of me, and flashed his hazards about 100 yards ahead. I was in none other than a modified Yellow Ferrari 360 Modena F1 at that time, ;)..too funny. CYA>PM3

seriously willy....dont know how ya do it. the way you said that you pulled up next to the integ in third..waved bye and just kept going.....it probably happened but i just find it hard to believe. i've raced a million and one GS-R's here in CA and i've never flat on SPANKED any of em. last one i raced was a friend of mines....stock rims....CAI and headers (no exhaust). from 0-80 or so....we were head to head (maybe i got like 1/2-3/4 car length on him). i got a GREAT start and even chirped 2nd. a race before that was an integ (gsr) with intake and exhaust....we both took a turn from a street light and then both punched it. since i was ahead from the start (being ahead of him at the light)....i stayed ahead of him but it didnt seem like i was pulling ground. i dunno...maybe its just something about those 97 328's thats different my junkie 96 :p anyways...all in good fun though. take it easy man

sadly enough most of my stuff is on vinyl! used to mix wayyyyyy back in the day when i was younger. if you go to their site though...they have mad mp3's all over...full beats and tracks. take it easy :cool:

hey, I just waxed some punks in an Si... I was going about 70 behind them when he downshifted so I shoved it in 4th. I should of been in 3rd but it didn't matter... pulled up behind him and passed him easily. I should of turned over and waved goodbye when I passed them. Oh well, its only a Civic but I remember when I still had my Honda, I thought the Si was the shit...
