I have a bmw x5 can someone help me where the blower is located ?

The blower motor? Is your fan speed erratic, or is the fan only working intermittently? If so, what you're looking for is the final stage, or fan speed resistor. If you do a search, there may be some write-ups on how to replace it.

Just had the final stage replaced.. independent shop I tried for the first time. Quick job for them, part was $125, labor $50.

You're not gonna like this....

Remove the A-pillar covers
Remove dome light
Remove instrument cluster
Remove center fresh air grille
Remove radio
Remove passenger airbag
Remove lower left trim
Remove right glove box
Remove all dashboard clipped finishers
Remove instrument panel (also know as dashboard)

Then you can access the heater box and remove the blower motor.
