Can someone show me a picture of what they look like "on" from the back of the car? I would appreciate it!

I love rear fogs on cars...other then inclement weather, I use often them to signal to other cars behind me to slow down if I must rapidly decelerate (for sudden traffic jams).

I can't wait to install them on my 8!

the camera didn't really illustrate it very well, for
some reason. the middle part was in the vehicle color when i got the car.

we use the hazard warning for that in Germany. No one would react to the fog lights.

Oh no, they're not illegal. They might even be mandatory today but even if not, every newer has has them. It is illegal to use them if you can see further than 50m and above 50km/h speed. Even my old E24s have them from the factory. The old E12s were amongst the first cars which came with built in rear fog lights.
