View Full Version : CA 1994 325is convertible blk/gry, M50 parts, Los Angeles/SFV area
sirius600 07-02-2008, 03:00 AM A friend and i are parting out this fine E36 convertible. It is a 1994 model 325, auto tranny, Schwartz on Dove Grey. As you can see from the pics included, it has already been dismantled to some degree. The chassis is good with no accidents, the reason for part out is a blown head gasket. The engine is an M50 with ASC and has about 110k miles on it, and we are willing to part it out if the request for parts is worth the work involved for us (no parting the engine for a single valve spring, etc.). As well, the owner is a master BMW mechanic and is willing to replace rebuild the engine and sell it as a whole. The auto transmission is in excellent condition, being completely rebuilt less than 10k miles ago. Please post up any interests, and we can work out a time where you can come and pull or pick up the parts. Local buyers are preferred and get first priority. The car is located in the San Fernando Valley, Granada Hills area.
Already claimed:
Front door panels
Front seats
Wheels
Pass. fender
Hood
Catalytic Converters
Bumper
OBC
Headlight switch

I know the top material is torn up, but the seals may be good. The interior is dove grey, so the seals should be as well. Could you point them out to me on Real OEM so that i know exactly what im looking for?

The cost of the head will depend on what components you need with it, and of course if there are any cracks once we pull it. We could probably get it off by mid next week at the earliest. PM me if you are interested.
We may be keeping the jack pads, but if not $20 for 4. Hazard switch for $10. $5 should cover shipping.

Also if the leather on the steering wheel is in good shape I could use that, without the airbag.
The front hood emblem, if in great condition, could be used too.
Let me know if you have any of these parts and how much shipping would be to 60069. I have my paypal ready!
sirius600 08-22-2008, 03:19 AM Got your PM. Let me get back to you.
If you want me to let you know as sooner, PM me your phone number and ill call you tomorrow.
...and I am very satisfied. Just wanted to let everyone here know. I got a bunch of random plastic pieces for my car, he gave me a very reasonable price, shipped my stuff out immediately, it got here in no time, and it was packaged very well. He even included some additional stuff that was not part of the bargain, so I will definitely do business with him again if the need arises for more parts!
