How many are using it in their m3? Please give me the good/bad/ugly and let me know what the going price is.
One more thing. How long do stock batteries typically last?
Tia.

Dynabatt is only a relabled $69 hawker battery. Works fine in my car.
I'm not happy with the way mounted the battery and I dont know how to mount it better.

Strip of 1/4" thick mild steel, strip of 1/4" aluminium, 3 6mmx~15mm metric bolts, electrical tape, friction tape.
Bend steel, JB weld aluminium strip over the most stressed part. Drill holes for mounting bolts, wrap in electrical tape. Then put friction tape on the underside. Tweak and bend to get it to fit. Bolt down and you're good to go.

Friction tape and curvature:
*BTW, this was made in a college dorm room with a dremel tool, a cordless drill and a cloth measuring tape. So we're not talking machining magic here!*

Some random stuff:

Sucker is 13.5 lbs. (about 6kg or so).
This looks like another alternative:

Ben lists OE as 600 Cold Cranking Amps (CCA). The Red Top with 625 CCA weighs the same as the DynaBatt. . . with stock performance! (well, seemingly so)
Looks like you could drop another two poounds if you can go down to 400 CCA.
