To all the X5 experts, I found a 2000 4.4l X5 79,000 miles, it is at a local Mercedes dealer, they are asking $16,450, not too bad I guess, but hat are the known issues with that year?

I don't have any photos, they don't have it on the website, they just got it in trade, it is leather, no sunroof, GPS.

My foremost concern is gas, at $4.39 followed by maintenance.

I would be trading my Land Rover, they are offering $4500 in trade.
