Hi All,

I'm planning a very big project for my 93 325is 5 speed manual. I was able to locate a complete motor from a 95 M3 (S50), is this a simple drop in? Will my old tranny bolt up to the S50? What's needed to make the S50 work?

S50 is straight plug and play.
Change your under spec'd getrag out for a zf.

Unfortunately the S50 doesn't come with the tranny or flyweel, but for the time being will my current tranny from the 325is which I believe is a Getrag work for the time being?
Will I have to get a different flywheel? or will the old on just bolt up?

Bolts up just fine, I'm still using my Getrag.
