I came out of Sears and saw all these cool muscle cars. It was a lot of fun. There were a couple of big block AC Cobra replicas - nothing like the sound of a big block with side pipes! As soon as we get some decent weather here;) , I plan to check it out again. AC Coupe 06-01-2003, 01:19 AM like a weird time warp! But there were quite a few modern cars there last week. If it stops raining for one damn minute I'll go this Tuesday.:buttrock doc 06-01-2003, 08:54 AM didnt know that there was a hot rod meet there. i should check it out. NY98M3 06-01-2003, 06:53 PM You guys might want to check out Bald Hill in Farmingville on Tuesday nights...over 300 cars! 99M3White 07-29-2003, 09:46 PM Looks like the hot rod meets are gone from Hicksville. Anyone know where they meet now? Thanks dvs //m3 08-06-2003, 01:45 AM They had moved it to the Kmart parking lot in Syosset. Drove by there a few weeks ago and the lot had chains and stuff. I am assuming they all go to the Bald Hill meets. Hallatauer 08-06-2003, 09:19 AM I have been going to the one at Bald Hill out east in Medfford on Tuesday evening. Alot more space and cars than Hicksville. Unfortuantely this damn rain cancelled this weeks meet and going to be out of town next week. Cost is $4 and proceeds go to the Farmingville Volunteer Fire Dept. |
