i recived 10 tickets from a state trooper all in one shot the other day .i belive 9 out of the 10 are moving violations enuff for me to loose my license for a long time.i drive for a living so this will put me out of work as well.in any event im looking for a lawyer who spends alot of time in the hauppauge court and knows the system well as i feel its gonna be hard to get all these tickets dismissed. if anyone knows of any lawyers who specialze in this area let me know.thanks

Seems you might need a lawyer who can really go after that cop and discredit him, or one who is well connected to the courts and can arrange a reasonable plea bargain.

Unless you were like intoxicated, talking on a phone while racing someone and running a red light how the hell is this possible?!!? This makes me hate police all over again, the officer clearly knows the results of his cruel actions here. I hope he/she enjoys burning in hell.

thaks for the help guys. i would tell the whole story but im not sure if i want to air my life on a forum.i dont know why the officer was so mad, i rolled down all 4 of my windows and turned my interior light on as i always do when i get pulled over couse i feel it shows them you have nothing to hide. he said to me say goodbye to your lisence couse your not gonna have one for a long time.anyway i hope i can get the tickets all dropped . basically if i was supposovly doing all these thing he wrote me tickets for he should have arested me for wreckless driving.

you could at least state what the tickets were for.

as far as i know the happauge tvb is a no plea bargin court the officer tries you himself with the judge, so there is no DA to bargin with. Hope it works out for you
