My friend and I went ahead and reflowed the solder for a capacitor that is known to go bad on the digital CC unit.

Now I need help with the little fan that the guy is holding in this picture:

After we finished resoldering, the fan will not turn off. It continues to spin even when the car is off and the key is taken out. Is it supposed to be like this? What could have happened?
If anyone could quickly go pop out their CC and check for me, that would be great... I really don't want my battery to die... :(
It literally takes less than a minute to check.
