Are you wanting to run the Components as well as the other factory speakers in the car with stock amp?

Would it sound better on the amp or off the HU?

Well it all depends. I do know that the amp runs off different frequencies so you will probably just be better off just bypassing the stock amp and run your components and your rear speakers off of your HU. That is what I did with my 328IS. Then as far as wiring everything what specifically do you need help with?

STOP STEALING OUR PICTURES!! :)
If you want to use the components you indicated you cannot run them off of the factory amp.

Are you using
the speakers are KICKER KS502 5.25 AUDIO COMPONENT
or not?
These are not stock. If you are just wasting time and going to throw contradicting statements out, please find something better to do with your time.

i doubt it.
there is endless information here covering what you are asking. for starters, peruse the parked threads at the top of the forum. then when you have more specific questions, use the search function specific to this forum.
no, you cannot connect aftermarket component speakers to your otherwise stock system. no, you cannot drive aftermarket speakers from the stock head unit. no, you shouldn't drive aftermarket component speakers from an aftermarket head unit. no, you cannot power the stock speakers from an aftermarket head unit.
