My mom has a 71 2002.... been in love with the car since my father and i restored it. I am looking for my 4th bmw. We got lucky finding hers. i am wondering if anyone has any good resources for finding this classic beauty for sale let me know. really any year would be great, but i prefer b4 '73 cuz i like the chrome. i live in florida but will travel up to georgia if need be, my parents are in mass so i guess something up there would work also..

well im in melbourne, do u think it will make it the 500 mile trip? or if you can give me enough info/pics, i may consider having it shipped to melbourne. that will probably cost around 1k, so if you can convince me iths worth 1500 i will probably be game

I'd check 2002faq. Most 02's get posted on there even if it isn't their car for sale and even if it's posted on a different site.

The next place I would check is craigslist. You can find deals on CL because most people don't understand the value of these cars; although it might need some work.

Lastly there is eBay if you have a decent budget and want an excellent example of an 02. I've seen 2002's fully built with S14 motors and also turbo 02's on ebay with brand new paint jobs.
