I'm looking to sell my 1994 Black Emerald/Tan/5 speed 300zx with 174,xxx miles on the chassis, and ~30-35k miles on the rebuilt motor. It has never been in an accident, has a clean title, and has always been a Texas car. The car runs, drives great, has cold A/C, ABS brakes, etc.
The modification list is extensive, and many of the parts were new in November 2007. Here's the list:

NEW OEM Nissan rear pads
ATE Super Blue fluid
18x9.5 +30 Hyper Silver Rota P-45 R's (New January 2008)

Bridgestone Potenza RE-01 265/35/18 rear
Blox Forged lug nuts
Exterior/Interior modifications:
Stillen GTZ-R fascia w/nose panel
BMW 745i Bi-Xenon D2S HID projector retrofit (High and Low beam HID - works AMAZING)
JDM tailights
Clear front corners (with Sylvania Silverstar Turn Signals)
SPL/KTS 3 spoke steering wheel w/hub (I still have the stock 4 spoke Airbag wheel which can be installed at the buyer's preference)

Hardwired Passport 8500 X50 Radar Detector
Included with the purchase of the car (not installed)
1994 Stock TT front bumper fascia
1992 Stock Nose Panel
This car is quite the head turner, and I get complitments on it on a near-daily basis. The exterior isn't perfect however, as it has some wear and tear you'd expect of a 14 year old car. There is some hail damage throughout the body (it isn't easily apparent in pictures, and from a few feet away), and the paint is faded below the gas door.
Things that could be addressed:
- The transmission grinds when shifting into 4th gear sometimes (common z32 problem)
- Reverse lights do not work.
- Small oil leak by the oil cooler lines (does not create puddles).
- Small powersteering leak (does not create puddles).
- Minimum boost set by the HKS wastegate actuators is roughly 20 psi. They should be lowered to 15 psi or below (does not affect driveability however).
- Passenger side rear hub needs one of the wheel studs replaced. fixed 7/11/2008
- The car could use some dynamat/sound deadening in the trunk area to quiet road noise.
I'm sad to sell my baby, but I need to move on to a larger vehicle. I've been driving this car daily, and I feel I've upgraded, and replaced enough of the major parts to provide the new owner with a reliable, and extremely fast vehicle to enjoy for many miles ahead. Someone is going to be very happy.
The approximate power output of this car should be around the 450 rear wheel horsepower mark on 93 octance gas, but with the new turbos, and a high-boost tune, it should be capable of making ~600 rear wheel horsepower!
Let me know if you have any questions, now onto the pics:
