Good day

I have noticed that my car is lower on the Right side than the left side , i believe this is more obvious when you look at at from the back than from the front . i know that this Model has self-leveling suspension .
i rang the car dealer , the one i bought the car from Him, he said that he had changed the rear suspension and now it needs leveling ???? i did not understand what he meant by leveling!!! can some one give me an advise what shall i do please??
many thanks

the rear suspension if it has self leveling uses pentosin hydraulic fluid to control the ride height. If it sits lower on one side then I suspect a break in the hydraulic line or possibly a bad SLS strut. Generally if the car were to sag both sides would be down or up.

there is no way to go about leveling the suspension on one side. You can manually go under the car and disconnect the linkage and raise and lower the car and set it to your desired ride height, but that's about the extent of it. This is Cliff's vid from Bimmerboard about his 1995 model e38 and having a harsh ride with his SLS system

And here is how to tell if you have SLS system, look on the PS cap under the hood of the car
