Just curious if anyone can share their lease experiences on the M3 coupe. Please include the sticker price of your car as mine will be around $70k. I plan on putting $0 down with a 36 mo / 12k lease.
Any info is appreciated

No its just stupid to put money down on a lease when I can handle the larger monthly payments.

You may want to consider putting additional security deposits, it beings your MF down and you get your money back at the end of the lease. Just a thought.

Sounds like that may be helpful, how much of an impact can it make? For instance for every $1k would that equal .5% rate reduction. I know the MF is a little different, but I wonder whether it would be better to give BMW my money to buy down my rate or if it would be better to put it in a CD or other type of security. My assumption is both wont be that great as rates are so low now.
BTW - thanks for the edit, I know you got a good laugh first!!! :cool

Read up on here. It seems every extra security deposit reduced the MF by .00007 (equivalent of 0.17% APR). Seems you can make up to 7 thus reducing your MF by 0.00049 (the equivalent of ~1.18 APR which is not bad).
