I'd love a TVR Cebera with a tweaked LSx of some kind, like the one i saw Sunday just gone at Santa Pod, it was doing 11.8secs 1/4 miles on normal sized road tyres.

He said it'd got to much torque and was struggling for traction, said he was going to upgrade to a wilder cam, fast intake and 90mm TB to help spread the torque a bit.

And i am actually toying with the idea of a slightly modified 4.6 Cobra motor in my e46 ZHP.
Big power + Great handling = Amazing car. If that won't fit then an LSx motor will do.

Good thing there are enough E36 M3s floating around in the US. Its sad to see people take an M-motor and replace it with a US V8. Especially when you can make serious power as-is. IMO.

any of those are probably a major PITA. audis in gerneral are a pain to work on. too crammy engine bads and complex.

a twin turbo'd 383 ls1 or an 408 ls2 w/ a mild cam
t56 on either set up

for the 5.3 vortec post above, might as well go for the 6.0L for just a little more $ and way more torque, unless you already have the 5.3 which is my case as well

EFI +supercharged straight 6 +5speed into a 59 or 60-62 Chevy wagon.
