We just got a 2008 328i sedan with the plain ole stock rims. I have a set of BMW OEM wheels from my 2003 M3 (the stock multi-spoke, staggered, rims). Will these fit on the 328? Do I need spacers? Or...? Thanks for your help!

I highly doubt it. The offset in the rears is likely too low.

I don't like the idea of using M series parts on cars other than M series. You want M series, buy an M series car. Just how I feel. Other people will have their opinions.

Fronts, yes. Rears, no. Find another pair of fronts and you're in business.

You must really hate the ZHP Performance Package that some of the e46 cars came with then.

M steering wheel
M wheels
M shift knob (on manual transmission)

It's true.

Edit - Well, hate is a strong word. I dislike it.

m series parts are a cheap upgrade for non m cars in most cases. and its factory equipment, better then running cheap after market parts. as long as people arent taking a non M and just slapping M badges all over it, thats what i cant stand. using M parts (and i do own a true M car my self) is a viable option for non m cars, it allows the dead soldiers to live on one part at a time.

and dude........by your cars it just says "truck"..................i dont think you can say anything about how to use M-motorsport parts

Thanks for your help. I guess the wheels will continue to sit in my garage. Ugh.

I have heard from other folks that those wheels will work on your vehicle but I have also heard that it needs a spacer. I am one of those that put 08" M3 wheels on his 328i and it looks perfect. I did not buy the OEM wheels I bought replicas. It would be nice to have actual BMW M wheels but I couldn't justify paying an extra $3200 for OEM wheels. I will agree that it is tacky to start putting M badges on non M bmw. The rears I put on my 08' are 9.5" wide with either 36 or 40 offset.
