I have a 2002 530i and am interested in some wheels I found on ebay. I would post the link but apparantly I don't have enough posts yet to do so. I was told by the seller they will fit but just wanted to check with the experts here. I thought I read something about E39's having a 74.X hub bore? Here are the specs:
Size: 18"x 8"<?xml:namespace prefix = o /><o:p></o:p>
Bolt Pattern : 5x120<o:p></o:p>
Off Set : +20mm<o:p></o:p>
Finish : Hyper Silver <o:p></o:p>
Hub Bore : 72.6<o:p></o:p>

The sizing and offset it proper for an e29, however, the hub size is wrong. check and make sure they don't have it listed wrong.

Thanks guys. I found another thread that confirmed the same issue. I sent the seller an email raising the issue and inquiring about getting them in the correct hub bore but no response. Its too bad they were nice looking rims for a good price. Oh well...

The only way you can make them fit is to bore the center out to fit the E39. The offset and size is fine.
