Where the hell can you find boxes to ship wheels AND tires? Dealerships don't have them, DHL/UPS/Fedex doesn't have them. WTF?!

Figure out the dimensions you need and check with companies that sell shipping and packing supplies. For instance in Southern California there is a chain of stores called "Box City" that have a large selection of types and sizes.
