Got up this morning....feeling kinda worn out....I decided to go get my mags from the book store....in my M3...heading East bound on oakland park blvd.....I come to the 31st ave intersection....a Cooper S lines up next to me....and I notice out the corner of my eye he kept staging me, trying to engage me:confused: ok I give in "I will kick his ass since he is asking for it" since there is no boost controller I decided to give him and all out whooping:evil2 .....

Green light ..and 1st, 2nd, 3rd were all catastrophic for the cooper S as I made mince meat of him quickly and fashionably....
I could not count the car lengths...lets just say it was at least a block between us........I waited at the 21st ave intersection for him......and he rolls down his window and asked "is'nt that a 4 banger M3?" I just smiled and he said "it runs very nice....that is the 1st one I lost to......Since I modded my cooper S"......I was not in the best of minds I humored him and hit the freeway.....hoping he did not follow me,
I hate running lesser cars especially bimmers......unless they ask for it.......and it seems they all do ask for it......

The Cooper S is not meant to be a drag car.

It absolutely loves the corners though.

I remember them from back in the islands....when I was growing up they are light weight rally terrors!

and as far as the gas goes....at $6.50 Per gallon yea it was a waste of time/gas:mad:

There's some guy on one of my Cooper boards that has a verified 13.75 1/4 mile time slip.

I forgot what the trap speed was. He's somewhat modded, but still, for this car, that's great.

E36 M3 owners have a hard time getting those numbers. Even when they are modded.

With the works package, some weight removal, and slicks (will 15"ers work on the front of the MC-S?), I bet mid 13's could be had... :evil2
