I wanted to make sure that you guys aren't misinformed due to the deleting of posts in the Lighting Section.
Anyways, here was my post in response to some comments from other members:

It really would have been nice to not argue over every little thing.
All of the glass, and internal components, everything, except the plastic base and connector wires are manufactured by Phillips. Which are assembled under license by Phillips. In fact, Phillips is a partial owner of that factory. Jim is going to post a licensing agreement with them later on tonight.
Some use a larger bulb for high power HID because their bulbs simply aren't efficient enough. Those bulbs need a larger surface area in order to manage the heat generated. Phillips glass doesn't have this issue, which is why we only use one bulbs.
We acknowledge our problems. Yes we have a large back order log, which is a result of our pricing. However quality bulbs are never an issue. How many threads do you see about DDM bulbs being defective or cheap. Why are you questioning our glass and quality anyways? We back every kit with a FREE lifetime warranty, including the bulbs;which would be replaced as a PAIR.
I appreciate your concern for the quality of our Kits. We are constantly trying to grow and improve our business.
Might want to check out this thread regarding our new price list:

No, im not trying to stir up trouble. I simply just want you guys to know the truth, instead of reading the highly biased censored material located in some of the threads in the Lighting Section.
Thanks for your time,
