Thanks, Stoked :) The MPars far exceeded my expectations on how good the rim looks on a E39. Reason why you don't spot my car is that i'm hardly around 101 area (Foster City/Belmont/San Carlos/Redwood City). I'm actually right off 92/280 area and I frequent SF everyday for work/parents.

it's all good dood, i'm not here to put anyone down. 19's will work with the right sized tire. it may only rub when you hit a bump really hard or when there are a lot of people in your car.

No problems on my car with 19's. My suspension is stock with the exception of a sway bar change. I'm running 275's in the rear and it will rub ever so slightly when I have 3 passengers and hit a dip, otherwise it's fine. No modifications were needed. From what I understand, 265's will avoid all rubbing.

I run 275 on my 19's and have had zero rubbing with load of people....sometimes it's just the car....

hey....where'd you get your wheels from? That lip is 4 inches?

the only thing you should really think about is whether or not you want to add extra weight to the car and make it slower. if you care more about looks, then do it!:buttrock

i'm starting my wheel search now, 17-18 mpar reps are probably where i'm headed. Still running stock wheels.

Will 17's or 18's look better without a drop? Or should I wait and drop the same time I get new shoes? Will it look too much like a mack truck without the drop? I have a non-sport suspension now. Too many questions, not enough answers.. in limbo right now.

Any leads on mpar reps... would be interested. thanks..
